Leadership Academy 2026 – September

Outdoor activity with Beth Hanson of Peace In Nature Forest Therapy at Merritt Prairie Forest Preserve (14401 Keslinger Road, DeKalb). We will engage in a Forest Therapy session focused on mindfulness and reflection, to promote reduced stress and improved overall wellness.
