After years of anticipation, the DeKalb County Government is pleased to announce the opening of the DeKalb County Rehab & Nursing Center’s Transitional Care Unit! In partnership with the DeKalb, Genoa, and Sycamore Chambers of Commerce, we are hosting a Grand Opening Event, and you’re invited!
The DeKalb County Rehab & Nursing Center is a publicly owned, skilled nursing facility known for its quality of care and family-like environment. Our new state-of-the-art Transitional Care Unit provides high-quality, post-surgical care to DeKalb County residents and their loved ones. The unit boasts communal dining and lounge areas, and eighteen spacious, private rooms equipped with ADA accessible showers and restrooms. Residents receive round-the-clock skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy from our dedicated care team.
