We will meet with Joel Barczak, owner of Blumen Gardens, for a tour and discussion (403 Edward Street, Sycamore). Joel will discuss his passion for the Sycamore Community and the history of the Blumen Gardens property.
Then travel to the Sycamore Community Center to meet with Jonelle Bailey, Park District Executive Director (480 Airport Road, Sycamore). We’ll learn about the Park District’s role within our community and its relationship with the school district, business community, and city. Jonelle will take us on a tour around town to visit our various parks.
